Richard Allen

Richard (Ivan) Allen farmed at Ballymaloe in Cork. Born on a farm near Drogheda, Ivan bought the Ballymaloe House and farm in 1948. His wife Myrtle set up the internationally famous Ballymaloe restaurant and cookery school in 1964.
