The Pfizer sponsored Irish Grassland Annual Dairy conference once again proved a huge success with over 300 farmers and industry personnel attending in Cork on Tuesday.
On 24th May the Irish Grassland Association (IGA) held a “Live” Grass Machinery Demonstration that focused on low cost grass production on the farm of Mr. Patrick Murtagh, Doon, Virginia, Co. Cavan.
The Irish Grassland Association (IGA) traveled to TIpperary this year to hold its annual Farm Walk and Conference which was kindly sponsored by Sheep Ireland Ltd. and Mullinahone Co-Op.
The workshop will we run by the Irish Grassland Association (IGA) in conjunction with Grasstec and Agrinet.

The IGA Sheep Conference and Farm Walk 2011 will be held in the Newpark Hotel, Kilkenny city followed by a farm walk on the farm of William Hutchinson, Chapelizod, Kells, County Kilkenny.

There was a very large attendance in the Lakeside Manor Hotel Co Cavan, for the first regional meeting of the Irish Grassland Association (IGA) in the North East. Up on 100 local farmers turned out.....
The IGA Dairy Summer Tour will take place on Tuesday 26th July.
